1. Overview At BeYou, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares and dispatches your items so you can enjoy your lightweight, natural cotton creations as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently offer delivery to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): Local door-to-door delivery across all emirates.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

  • UAE Deliveries:

    • Standard Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.

    • Free Shipping: On all orders of AED 200 and above.

    • Flat Shipping Fee: A standard fee applies to orders below AED 20. (calculated at checkout).

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM GST are generally processed for dispatch on the same or next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.

5. Order Tracking Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number and link will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipments) For international orders outside the UAE, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs, VAT, or local taxes levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are collected at the time of delivery if applicable.

7. Address Accuracy Please ensure that your delivery address, mobile phone number, and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout. BeYou is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or missing address information.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info[@]beyoupelin.com with your order number and photo evidence (if damaged). We will work directly with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
